He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Higgins (Thomas), Sharon Klein Sanchez (Paul) and Jeff Klein; his nephew Thomas Higgins Jr.; and his nieces, Amy Krogwold (Craig), Julie Caewaerts (Andy), Kelly Stoddard (Jared) and Jackie Auman (Billy). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and 3 great great nephew and nieces.
