She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Bartzen (Kerin) and Al Bartzen; her parents-in-law, Marion and Sheldon Rice Sr.; and her brothers, Peter and Jack Bartzen.
She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Rice; her sister Mary Hunt; her children, Mary Russo (Bill), Mike (Ellen), Jim (Terry), Dan and Steve (Elizabeth Rumsey); and her sister-in-law Kate Pruit. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
