He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Gross; his wife Annette Bannach; his children, Keri Klug (Matt), Leah Kruger (Brian) and Kenneth Kurszewski (Veronica); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Max, Nora and Emilia; and his stepchildren, Kimberly Johns (Kim Piotrowski) and Kyle Johns (Shannon). He is also survived by children and stepchildren.
