He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold West and Eleanor West (Hartwig); his brother LeRoy West (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Bill Mills. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mckenna, Mitchell, Michael West, Nathan, Haley, Hannah and Katie Williams; and his siblings, Ray West (Pat), Roger West (Andrea) and Joanne Mills. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either Sharon S. Richardson Hospice of Sheboygan or the Alzheimer's Association in Richard's name.
