With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ziaya of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kotolski and Esther Kotolski (Koback); and her sister Barbara Hoffman. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Badger, Packer and Brewer; her children, Lisa Livsey (John) of Florida, Lori Mocadlo (Joe) of Bancroft and Todd Ziaya of Stevens Point; her grandchildren, Samanta, Joey, Jacob, Emily and Zachary Mocadlo; her great grandchildren, Arthur and Miles; and her siblings, Diana Check of Stevens Point, Karen Wilson (Steve) of Arizona, Jim Kotolski (Carla) of Custer, Mark Kotolski (Tracy) of Bancroft, Vincent Kotolski, Joseph and Patricia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Pisarski Funeral Home (703 2nd St, Stevens Point, WI 54481). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1709 Wyatt Ave, Stevens Point, WI 54481).
