He is survived by: his children, Brian Page (Bridget Miller), Kim Pate and Cindy Phillips (Larry); his stepdaughter Carolyn Guntheri (Mike); his grandchildren, Nick Page (Shelby), Alex Page, Bella Page, Ezra Miller-Page, Erin Hollinshead (Rick) and Kellie DeWerff (Scott); and his stepgrandsons, Mike Miller (Mattea) and Dylan Miller (Amber).
