He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hacker and Katherine Hacker (Kearny); and his brothers, Kearny and Edwin. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Thompson); his daughter Lisa Jacobson (Paul); and his grandchildren, Katherine, Nicole, Leland Hacker of Las Vegas, Jennifer Olsen (Jeff), Jacob, Natalie, Joshua of Eagan, Tina Noel, Liam, Olivia, Charlotte, Charlie of Madison, Lawrence Hacker of Stevens Point, Melissa Nelson (Eric), Preston, Carter, Drew, Jaxon, Ryker and Chayse of Appleton, Wisconsin..
In lieu of flowers, the family will create a memorial honoring Phil at later date.
