He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Czlapinski and Theresa Czlapinski (Przybylski); his wife Margaret Glad; and his brother David Czlapinski. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary (Jane) of Stevens Point, Lawrence, Linda of Wisconsin Rapids and Judy Czlapinski of Wisconsin Rapids; and his stepchildren, Brian Glad and Julie Shepherd.
