He was predeceased by: his father Peter Sr. Adamczak; his wife Frances Adamczak (Dombrowski); and his siblings, Earl, Edmund, Michael and Eileen.
He is survived by: his children, Dean Adamczak (Mary) of Plover, Lori O'Brien of Plover, Robert Adamczak (Sue) of Custer, David Adamczak of Custer and Kari Foster (Loren) of Waukesha; his siblings, Alois (Eleanore) of Wauwatosa, Janet Woyak of Plover and Carol Henrichs (Michael) of Amherst; his siblings-in-law, Delores of Plover, Arlene of Wrightstown and Lloyd Adamski of Sussex; his son-in-law Dale O'Brien; and his siblings-in-law, Bernadine and Jerry. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
