She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Patton and Claude Patton. She is survived by: her siblings, Rose and Jim; her husband Jerry Fisher; and her children, Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Fulton), Doug Fisher (Debbie) and Vickie "Fisher" Avery (Christopher). She is also survived by seven Grandchildren, and thirteen Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy would have appreciated a donation to the local Meals on Wheels program.
