He is survived by: his parents, Deacon Nick and Norma Simon of Atkinson, IL; his wife Amy Helgeland; his children, Elaina Schuh (Brandon Pavlac) of Eau Claire, WI., Kenny of Stevens Point and Shane Simon of Stevens Point; his sister Nancy Kiphuth (Rich) of Tunis, Tunisia.; his mother-in-law Kathy Helgeland of Columbus, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Wendy Lane (Steve) of Columbus, WI and Lori Helgeland (Amy Myers) of Lander, WY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Neil's name.
