He is survived by: his parents, Richard Oligney and Janet Oligney (Tracy); his wife Cindi Lemke; his daughter Jennifer Teeter (Noel) of Wausau; his grandsons, Michael and Christopher Teeter of Milwaukee; and his siblings, Gary Oligney of Stevens Point, Pam Wanta (Richard) of Stevens Point, Wanda Joosten (Doug) of Wisconsin Rapids, Roger Oligney of Nekoosa, Victor Oligney (Lisa) of Plover and Dawn Dresden (Ryan) of Plover.
