He is survived by: his wife Kristina (O'Keefe) of Mary's Church; his son Jeremy (Heather); his granddaughters, Amber and Audrey; his son Adam; his grandchildren, Brandon, Connor (Ashlyn) and Devin; his daughter Amy; his grandchildren, Keondre, Tyrone and Amara Porter; his daughter Sara; his grandchildren, Dakotah and Mikyla; his niece Denise Mrozek; his nephew Andy Mrozek; and his siblings, Donald (Adeline), David (Patrica), Doreen Cegielski (Joseph) and Geraldine Markee.
