He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Mlynarski; his significant other Caroline Mayek; and his brother-in-law Thomas Mayek Jr. (Tommy). He is survived by: his mother Constance Mlynarski (Kios); his aunt Diana Peterson; his godmother Diana Peterson; his brothers-in-law, Chester Mayek and Raymond Mayek (Kathy); his nephew Trenton Mayek; his nieces, Katrina Seavers (Jacob) and Zoe Ustabasi (Clayton); and his close friends, Don Wagner, Veronica Olszewski and Milwaukee. He is also survived by many friends, and his work family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Portage County Humane Society in honor of Mike's memory.
