He was predeceased by: his father John Worzalla; his former wife Sharon Stommel; and his daughter Angela. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Worzalla (Gagas); his children, Christopher Worzalla (Brenda Sommers), Sara Ortiz (Luis), Brian Zick (Kelly), Kevin Zick, Amy Knutson (Braden) and Jessica Worzalla; and his brother David Worzalla (Barbara). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces and nephews; extended family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation will be made in Mark's honor.
