She was predeceased by: her father Bartholmew Trzebiatowski, II (Bert); her brother-in-law Charles Abrahamson; her siblings, Elizabeth Abrahamson (Betty) and Bartholmew Trzebiatowski III (Bert); and her sister-in-law Helen Trzebiatowski.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Hoffman; her children, Jeffrey Kubowski (Karen) of West Bend, WI, Andrew Kubowski (Jean) of Stevens Point, Lori Rucinski (Daniel) of Stevens Point and Paul Kubowski (Tami) of Stevens Point; her grandchildren, Robert Kubowski (Dawn) of West Bend, WI, Zachary Kubowski (Mara) of San Diego, CA, Jacob Omernik (Taylor) of Stevens Point, Matthew Omernik of Stevens Point, Rachael Omernik of Stevens Point, Jennifer Kubowski of Stevens Point and Francis Kubowski (Frank) of Stevens Point; her great grandchildren, Xavier, Aiden, Opal, Ruby, Koleson and Jasper; and her siblings, Marie Torzewski (William) of Pewaukee, WI, Gregory Trzebiatowski (Magdaline) and George Trzebiatowski (Dianne) of Almond, WI. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Family is requesting in lieu of flowers that Mass cards be made to Saint Bronislava Parish, Saint Vincent De Paul Parish, Wisconsin Rapids, or to Partners of Nicaragua.
