She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hintz and Lorraine Hintz (Bannach); her parents-in-law, Joseph and Lucy Olszewski; her brother Larry Hintz; her sister-in-law Gloria Olszewski; her brother Henry Wiernik (Jim Helminiak); and her granddaughter Lucy Lorraine Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Veronica (Don Wagner), Victoria Zagrzebski (Troy), Valerie Hoffman (Jeff) and Michael (Brittney Keuntjes); her grandchildren, Cordel and Chavelle Hoffman; her stepgrandson Creed Zagrzebski; her siblings, Linda Helminiak and Leroy Hintz; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Wiernik and Stanley Olszewski (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces/nephews, cousins, and friends.
