He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kubowski and Lucille Kubowski (Demski); his wife Veronica Pezewski; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his godchildren, Brenda Kubisiak, Gregory Bellinger, John Byczynski and Veronica Sazama; and his nieces, Roseann Byczynski (Victor), Mary Bellinger and Sophie Kubisiak.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Leonard's name at a later date.
