He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeno Micolichek and Marie Micolichek (Wauters); and his former wife Jewel. He is survived by: his fiancée Mary Jane Murat; his stepchildren, Mike Fay (Kathy), Kris O'Conner (James), Todd Bredeson (Barb), Jim Murat (Tina) and Daniel Murat (Lacy); his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Andrews (Jim Shepro), Seth Bredeson and Zach Bredeson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dawson, Braeden and Declan. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
