He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Slusarski and Eleanor Slusarski (Wanta); his parents-in-law, Maynard and Eleanor Somers of Fancher; his brother Frank of Oshkosh; his godson Lil Jackie of Stevens Point; his parents-in-law, Jerry and MaryAnn Serafin of Florida; and his son-in-law Daniel Frank of Plover.
He is survived by: his former wife Lucille Somers (Lucy); his wife Lucy Slusarski (WI) of Stevens Point; his children, Kelly Sankey (VA) of Palmyra, Carrie Ann Poff (WI) of Oak Creek and Jeffrey Slusarski (WI) of Oshkosh; his sister Laura Menzel (Dave) of Cedarburg; his grandchildren, Alicia, Zachary, Brittany, Hannah, Andrew, Ella and Parker; and his parents-in-law, Sally Slusarski (WI) of Oshkosh, Alice Somers (WI) of Glendale, Barbara, Rick Potter (WI) of Sheboygan, Marvin and Kathy Somers (WI) of Fancher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
