She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wolosek and Mary Wolosek; her husband Stanley F. Walczak Jr.; and her brothers, Sylvester and Virgean.
She is survived by: her brothers, Conrad Wolosek (Mary), Ronald Wolosek (Barbara) and Frank Wolosek (Colleen); and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Wolosek, Mary Lou and Don Brooks. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Laverne's name will be established at a later date.
