He is survived by: his mother Lori Stoltz (Koziczkowski); his girlfriend Rachel Fehrman; his brothers, Nathan Stoltz (Kelsey Leikam) and Ryan Stoltz (Morgan Haase); his nephew Allen Stoltz; his godparents, Jan and Randy Kruzicki; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Olander, David Koziczkowski (Marcie), Ron Koziczkowski (Sandy), Marie Kluck, Myron Koziczkowski (Terri) and Debbie Kaminski (Arnie).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.
