He was predeceased by: his parents, August Dachyk and Anna Dachyk (Sharafinski); and his sister Geraldine Kelnhofer (Edgar). He is survived by: his family, Debra, Marcia, Barbara, Brian and Lori; his wife Anne Marie Kubisiak; his children, Debra Zdroik (Mike), Marcia Richter (Randy), Barbara Olds (Terry), Brian Dachyk (Sandi) and Lori Strojny (John); and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Claire, Evelyn, Monroe, Henry, Gavin, Olivia, Jared, Hunter, Aubree, Beau, Camille, Grayson and Avarie.
