He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kosmalski; his children, Brian Cychosz, Mary Newman (Mike) of Brooklyn Park, MN and Jeremy Cychosz (Jamie) of Monroe, LA; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Faith Newman, Gloria, Tyler, Isaac, Eliott and Isabela Cychosz.
