She was predeceased by: her father Edwin "Ed" Smith. She is survived by: her mother Jodi Smith (Ward); her husband Ed; her children, Olivia, Jamie, Jackie and Stacie; her grandchildren, Quinn, Henry, Hudson and Vivian; her sisters, Kim and Chrissy; and also Jill.
A reception will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Woodlands Church (190 Hoover Ave, Plover, WI 54467).
