He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Koziczkowski (Shirley) of Stevens Point, Randy Koziczkowski (Marilyn) of Eagle, WI., Donna Palbicki (Mark) of Slinger, Sandy Dulek (Dave) of Oconomowoc and Kathy Jorgenson (AJ) of Stevens Point; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Koziczkowski of Franklin and Annette Koziczkowski of Milwaukee.
