He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Edith Tierney, Denver "Red" and Madge Bailey; his parents-in-law, Bob and Pat Finley; and his aunt Pat Bailey.
He is survived by: his parents, James A. Bailey and Helen K. Bailey (Tierney) of Loves Park, IL; his wife Maggie (Finley); his children, Erin Bailey of Washington, D. C. and Matthew Bailey of Walworth; his uncle Tom Bailey of Elkhorn; and his cousins, Michelle Beine (Tim) of Watertown and Michael Bailey (Jenn) of Dillard, OH. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
