It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet M. Swiston of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, born in Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Becker and Dorothy Becker (Wolfe); and her brothers, Roger Becker, Paul Becker and Donald Becker.

She is survived by: her husband Dean Swiston; her sons, Michael (Rachel), Timothy (Myra) and Andrew (Kristen) of Fairfax, VA; her grandchildren, Ella, Bryn, Drew, Stephen, Zachary, Elena, Anna, Celia and Lydia; her brothers, Kevin Becker (Vicki) of DeWitt, IA and Neal Becker (Sue) of Davenport, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Becker of New Hampton, IA and Carol Kelley (Jim) of Fallbrook, CA..
