She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Carolyn Smith (Schreiber). She is survived by: her sons, Heath of Chandler and Ike (Margaret) of Pittsburgh; her siblings, Christina of Gays Mills, Zach (Kristi) of Wichita, Kansas. and Jeff of Wichita, Kansas.; and her granddaughters, Lila and Marisa.
