He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sachs and Clara Sachs (Wittenberg); and his former wife Jean. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Tracy Suski; his stepchildren, Barb Luedke (Karl) and Dave McKenzie (Cathi); and his grandchildren, Michael, Katie Flees, Josephine Suski, Jacob, Peter Luedke, Evan, Connor and Graham McKenzie.

Memorials will be donated in Jim's name to the Never Forgotten Honor Flight, Wausau.
