He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ross and Christina Ross (Bach); his daughter Carissa Mary; and his siblings, Eugene, Gerald, Carroll, Patricia, Rita, Marie and William.
He is survived by: his daughter Lani Jo; his wife Priscilla Neitzel; and his sisters, Elizabeth Brackus, Nancy Gavin and Karen Soto.
