He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Derezinski and Frances Derezinski (Elbrandt); his sister Irene; his brother-in-law Jim Mancl; his brother Michael Derezinski; his parents-in-law, Felix and Elizabeth Trzinski; and his siblings-in-law, Joan (Jim Mancheski), Clare (Eugene Herman), Joseph Trzinski, Raymond Cisewski, Leonard Cisewski and Kathleen (Arthur Kowalski).

He is survived by: his wife Bernadine; his children, Ann Zurawski, Mike (Chris Derezinski), Paul Derezinski, Dan (Cathy Derezinski), Marge (George Hetzer), Pete (Gail Derezinski), Terri (Sean Stilson), Beth (Shane Fenske) and Amy (Rob Prellwitz); his sister Florence (John Hora); and his siblings-in-law, Daroma Derezinski, Loretta Cisewski, Allen (Betty Trzinski), Grace (Bob Kulas), Vicki (Dennis Zimmerman) and Donna Trzinski. He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Pisarski Funeral Home (703 2nd St, Stevens Point, WI 54481). A rosary will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (800 4th Ave, Stevens Point, WI 54481).
