He was predeceased by: his parents, John Monien and Loretta Monien; and his brother Norman Monien. He is survived by: his former wife Marcella Epright; his close friend Linda Wisniewski; his children, Jolene Galloway (Chris) of Ontonagon, Mi, Bobbie Haga (Louis) of Plover, WI, Jackie Wanta (Tim) of Custer, WI and Jim Monien (Cindy) of Junction City, WI; and his grandchildren, Louie Jr. Haga (Erica), April Szydel (Ezra), Cassandra Werachowski (Matthew), Jason Wanta (Angela), Tiffany Monien, Alex Monien and Courtney Phillip Berndt (Ben). He is also survived by 13 great- grandchildren.
