He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Stoltz and Theresa Stoltz (Kranski); his brother Patrick; his father-in-law Henry Koziczkowski; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Olander, Robert Kluck and Laurie Berger.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Koziczkowski; his sons, Kyle, Nathan (Kelsey Leikam) and Ryan; his siblings, Donald Stoltz and Mary Olander; his mother-in-law Sophie Koziczkowski; and his siblings-in-law, David (Marcie), Ron (Sandy), Myron Koziczkowski (Terri), Marie Kluck, Jan Kruzicki (Randy) and Debbie Kaminski (Arnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial in lieu of flowers will be established in Gary's name at a later date.
