Gary Arvid Clure Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Arvid Clure of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Sr. Clure and Carole Clure (McRae); and his uncle Chuck Reimer. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Clure of Stevens Point, Anne Van Lysal (Sean) of Wisconsin Rapids and Sara Stelzer (Troy) of Kronenwetter; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Bayless (Brett) of Aurora, CO, Hannah Siemen (Kevin) of Wisconsin Rapids, Todd Pitsch of Wisconsin Rapids, Andrew Van Lysal (Isasia) of Wisconsin Rapids and Patrick Stelzer of Kronenwetter; and his great-niece Alaina Pitsch.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shuda Funeral Chapel (3200 Stanley St, Stevens Point, WI 54481). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For those wishing to express their sympathies, the family kindly suggests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Gary's honor to either the Humane Society of Portage County (hspcwi.org) or to the Glioblastoma Research Organization (gbmresearch.org).
