He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Zivicki and Bernadine Zivicki (Lisiecki). He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Zivicki (Becky) of Captain and Alan Zivicki of Hobe Sound, FL.; and his siblings, Ken Zivicki (Linda) of Stevens Point and Nancy Harbath (Randy) of Green Bay.
