He is survived by: his former wife Anna Cizmar; his wife Dorothy Jakusz (Prais); his children, Ellen Klesta of Darien, Elaine Jakusz (James) of Stevens Point, Frank Jr. Pisarski (Lisa) of Junction City and David Pisarski (Kathy) of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Hannah, Isaac (Andrew Pisarski), Sydney (Andrea Pisarski), Violette (Francis Klesta) and Cale (Julia Jakusz); his sister-in-law Arlene Pisarski (Fisher); and his niece Alicia Pisarski Schurch (Steven). He is also survived by his wife, family, children and grandchildren.
