She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Krutza and Josephine Krutza (Adamski); her husband Duane Kostuch; and her sister Lorraine Brilowski. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Kostuch (Erna) of Middleton, WI and Kurt Kostuch (Deb) of Junction City; and her sister Ramona Simons of Stevens Point. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
