She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Piehl (Koch) and Henry Piehl; her husband Dr. John W. Lehman; her daughter-in-law Carol Lehman of Dayton, Ohio; and her siblings, Mabel, Myrtle Powell, Shirley Parker, Iva Senger, Bill Piehl and Marvin Piehl.
She is survived by: her caregiver Corps; and her children, John Lehman of Dayton, Janice Napoli (Louis) of Lyman, Mary Iarussi (Michael Podurgal) of St Robert, Tom Lehman (Sherry) of Cary and Cecily Lehman (Steven Georgeff) of Madison, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
