She is survived by: her husband David Blaskowski; her children, Paul (Dawn), Brian (Kris) and Carrie Blaskowski (Bryan); her grandchildren, Ryan Betker, Michael Blaskowski (Sara) and Kaila Blaskowski (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Kynlee and Jaxtyn Blaskowski; and her sister Virginia Wayerski.
