He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin May and Lillian May (Nape). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kolleng; and his children, Beverly Hicks (Joe) of Hinsdale, IL, Michael May (Holly) of Mequon, WI, Karen Weeks (Dan) of Mercer Island, WA and Lynette Terhune (Scott) of Wauwatosa, WI. He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
