He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lukaszewicz (Peskie); his children, Lee Lukaszewicz (Sara) and Lacy Nelsen (Jake); his sister Jodi Jacoby; his sister-in-law Theresa Lukaszewicz; and his grandsons, Markus Lukaszewicz and Miles Nelsen.
