He is survived by: his former wife Karen Klish; his children, Trisha Czaplewski of Plover and Chad Czaplewski of Plover; and his siblings, Ann Ray of Plover, WI, Kathy Rohn of Plover, WI, Gary Czaplewski (Fran) of Stevens Point, WI, Paul Czaplewski of Plover, WI, Nancy Peterson (Joe) of Fenton, DE and Julie Zabawa (Scott) of Plover, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
