He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smith and Dorothy Smith (Mohr); his wife Delores R. Kranski; and his sister Jean Weston. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Smith (Nancy) of Plover, Linda Ballerstein (Richard) of Eau Claire, Carol Smith of Stevens Point and Bonnie Wysocki (Dan) of Plainfield; and his grandchildren, Meghann Phillips (Jason), Aaron Smith (Sara), Kyle Smith, Stephanie Graveen (Aaron), Scott Ballerstein (Jessica), David Ballerstein, Brian Ballerstein (Katie), Jennifer Rogatzki (Chris), Melissa Wysocki and Adam Wysocki. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
