Omernik (Stevens Point, Wisconsin), born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia DeMares; and his parents, Steven Omernik and Della Omernik. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Omernik; his children, Bekky Schindler (Aaron) and Bill Dragolovich (Kari Cook); his granddaughters, Reagan Kunesh and Alexandra Kunesh; and his siblings, Richard Omernik (Karen), Gerald Omernik (Roxanne), Tom Omernik (Sandi), Carolyn Giese and Kathy Erickson (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Donald's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
