He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick W. Kelley and Pearl Kelley (Fisher); his wife Patricia; his daughters, Diane Tartaglia of New Jersey and Sharon Rinato of New York; his grandchildren, Deanna (Chris), Jessica, Kristen, Michael, Alexa and Robert; and his siblings, Donna Faye of Tomah, Michael (Sally) of Tomah, Jean of Marshfield and Rita (James) of Janesville. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
