He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jakubiak; his children, Dominic Jr. of Stevens Point, Richard Biadasz of Stevens Point, Kathleen and Jeanette Biadasz of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Brian, Perry and Niki; and his great grandchildren, Kolton, Jake and Abby.
