He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Perry; his sister Carol Preston (Bob); his sons, David (Christy) and Mark Poffinbarger (Becky); his grandchildren, Kendra Cychosz (Scott), Charys Hess (Tim), Emily Poffinbarger, Dominic Baldzikowski, Samuel Baldzikowski and Jacob Poffinbarger; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Odyn, Elyse, Arlo and Rylan.
