He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cash and Sarah Cash; and his brother Phillip Cash. He is survived by: his friend Anita; his wife Anita; his sons, Chuck and Dan (Maylani); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Zachary, Ethan, Chasya and Elijah.
