He is survived by: his children, Konnie Kohnen (Kelly) of Plover, WI, Lorie Henke (Mark) of Powell, WY, Dean Kaetterhenry (Donna) of Plover, WI, Jennifer Kaetterhenry of Xenia, OH and Michele Gunderson (Kevin) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Felicia Gremmer (Pete), Keenan Henke, Kasey K. Henke, Jaimee Dallman (Kyle), Dexter Kaetterhenry (Sarah), Beth Woodard (Robert), Kyle Henke, Kale Henke (Rissa), Paris Gunderson, Logun Gunderson and Makala Gunderson; and his brother Jay Kaetterhenry. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
